What Makes Wonderland Different

Everything below is confirmed from the official trailer and ScaryPlay's own statements — not speculation.

Solo or Co-op Escape

Play alone or team up with up to 5 players to escape a toy-themed amusement park. The developers have confirmed the run supports flexible group sizes, so you can play a quiet solo escape or a chaotic full-lobby run.

Randomized, Non-Linear Runs

ScaryPlay has said every run is randomized rather than following a fixed layout or script. That means memorizing one route will not carry you through the next attempt — you have to actually read the room each time.

Puzzles Gate Progress

Mini-games and puzzles are required to unlock new areas and earn in-run currency. In some cases solving them is also how you survive or escape a monster encounter, so progression and survival are tied together.

The Wonder Shop

Tickets earned during a run can be spent at the Wonder Shop. The official trailer confirms a Map for navigating the park and a Stopwatch that tracks time before in-run events trigger.

Fight Back, Not Just Flee

A hammer and a minigun are both confirmed Wonder Shop items, meaning Wonderland is not a pure-evasion horror game. Players get real combat options against the creatures hunting them, on top of stealth and puzzle-solving.

Mobile, PC, and Console at Launch

Wonderland is planned to release simultaneously across Mobile, PC, and Console rather than staggering platforms after launch. That means the whole player base gets access on day one no matter where they play Roblox, instead of console or mobile players waiting weeks behind the PC crowd.

Together, these pieces point to a horror escape game built around replayability rather than a single scripted path: randomized layouts mean puzzle knowledge matters more than route memorization, the Wonder Shop's Map and Stopwatch give you tools to manage a run in real time, and the hammer and minigun mean a bad encounter does not have to end in an automatic loss. ScaryPlay built its reputation on The Mimic, a horror title with a large existing Roblox audience, and Wonderland is aimed at that same crowd while trying to broaden it — which is part of why the developers pulled the original launch rather than ship under a 16+ rating that would have shut some of that audience out.
